BackgroundPreeclampsia is a major cause of maternal and perinatal mortality in developing countries.Identifying its risk factors is essential for early diagnosis and management.However, there has been a paucity of information on predictors of preeclampsia among nulliparous women in a resource limited setting.This study bridges the gap in this regar
